The new M250 microinverter features Enphase Energy’s fourth generation microinverter technology and has been specifically designed work with the latest generation of high performance solar PV modules such as the LG NeOn 285 and LG NeON 300 monocrystalline panels.
Built on top of the highly reliable third generation platform, the M250 has undergone an unprecedented and industry-leading one million hours of pre-launch product testing. Featuring a reduced parts count, the M250 delivers a new standard in microinverter reliability in addition to increased power and efficiency.

Higher power and efficiency
The M250 pairs with modules up to 310W with best-in-class 95.7% EU efficiency.
Precision insights
Using the Enphase Envoy Communications Gateway the full system performance can be set up for monitoring via Enlighten, Enphase’s leading solar PV performance monitoring platform.
As well as the M250, the most recent addition to the Enphase product family is the new Enphase WF-01 Wi-Fi Adapter which now allows you as an installer to connect your customer’s PV array to Enlighten wirelessly and via your customer’s domestic router.
The whole Enphase system features very easy installation, using plug-and-play Engage Cable connectors.
The Enphase microinverter system is also highly reliable, featuring industry-leading manufacturing and quality standards: Enphase have created a ‘ruggedised’ product for all environments with no single point of failure.
The system is also safe with no high-voltage DC in the system meaning system owner peace of mind and install cost reductions.
